What do translations cost?

While most requests can be quoted at a per-word rate, others require additional time for adaptation, so the best way to get an accurate quote is to allow us to review your document first. Don’t worry, this initial review is absolutely free of charge!

Our translation rate includes proofreading by a second certified translator, so you can rest assured that your text is accurately translated, every time.

Standalone proofreading (unilingual or bilingual), copywriting and adaptation services are quoted on a per-hour basis.

All costs provided are exclusive of applicable tax.

How fast is “fast”?

Accepted Answer

Often we are able to accommodate same-day or 24-hour turnarounds on simple projects - it all depends on the length of the text we’re provided and our current workload. For larger projects, we estimate approximately 1 business day per 2,000 words.

Absolutely! We’re located in Quebec City, Quebec but thanks to technology, we are only a call, email or video chat away!

Worried about time zones? No need! We’re happy to arrange meetings and deadlines that work for all involved. Let us know your preferences and we’ll work out timelines to fit everyone’s schedules.

I see you’re a certified translator. Aren’t all translators certified?

Unfortunately, no. While some may claim to be translators and offer services similar to ours, they don’t all have the credentials to back it up.

Not only do our team members have the education to support their titles, but they’ve also completed recognized studies, are subject to audits, and carry professional liability insurance. We are also masters of our art and know not to translate into a language that isn't our first language, no matter how easy some tools may make it. It’s these little points of adherence to ethics and compliance measures that really help us stand out against the competition, and ensure you’re getting top-notch work for your investment.

What forms of payment do you accept?
